Working for the Director of Retail Distribution Organizational Development, this position will meet the senior level staffing needs for the Retail Distribution NA businesses.  Positions typically recruited for will be functional corporate positions including HR, Marketing, Risk Management and others.  Primary point of contact for the Global Consumer Group and Corporate teams focusing on cross-business mobility.The selected candidate will use all available tools including the internal Talent Inventory database to create candidate slates for use by business level HR teams to fill executive level openings.  Works with HR Generalists across Citigroup and with other recruiters to identify candidates for key positions. 

 

Additional responsibilities include heavy involvement in enhancement of current Talent Development and Succession Planning programs.

 



4-7 years corporate experience in staffing/recruiting, preferably in financial services

1-3 years experience with senior/executive level recruiting

Must possess strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize work to meet deadlines.  Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
