TRAINING COORDINATOR

Wheels, Inc., one of the top fleet leasing/management companies in the U.S., has an immediate opening for a Training Coordinator to join our Des Plaines, Illinois staff.

 

This individual will provide administrative support to our Training Department 60% of the time through activities such as preparing materials for classes, setting up classrooms, reserving equipment, grading tests, and maintaining the training certification database.

 

The remaining 40% of time will be spent on training activities such as assessing current training programs and working with Instructional Designers to modify or develop new programs.  This is an excellent ground-floor opportunity for an individual who would eventually be capable of delivering stand-up training.

 

To qualify, you must have:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service or training roleExcellent organizational, pc and communication (oral and written) skillsStrong desire to provide premier customer serviceCollege preferred
