Talent Acquisition Process Manager
This role will work on specific Talent Acquisition projects that include reviewing and enhancing processes across Card Services. The candidate will use superior relationship skills to improve recruiting results across all operating locations including Wilmington headquarters. Previous Background in Talent Acquisition and deep understanding of recruiting metrics, processes and systems is required. The role will drive multiple projects working across multiple locations within aggressive timelines. Strong analytics and project management skills required. This role will interact with all parts of Card Human Resources and work with most lines of business within Card Services. Examples of processes and projects include:

Analytics:
???????? Negotiate, organize and communicate all aspects of the capacity plan across Card Services. Integrate all existing locations in this process including Kennesaw, GA site, the Canadian Card locations, the Mumbai, India site and the Manila Philippines site.
???????? Work on ad hoc reporting as needed based on available data
Process Improvements:
???????? Work on updating interview processes, interview guides and JobConnect templates for high volume exempt and non-exempt roles across Operations and Headquarters
???????? Work on process to prioritize requisitions within Card Services during peak recruiting times.
???????? Integrate best practices across Operations including sourcing plans, advertising expenses, onboarding practices and retention successes.
???????? Be the point person for Technology changes within Card Services Talent Acquisition including JobConnect upgrades, Assessment pilots and validations and kiosk changes. This role will advocate on Card's behalf for all technology changes based on recruiter feedback.
Projects:
Own client satisfaction surveys and automate available reports with results
Drive Talent Acquisition projects across all of Card with participation from members of the HR team.
Role Requirements:

5+ years of HR experience, recruiting and process improvements preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to influence and drive change across all sites and with employees at all levels
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Up to 25% travel
Expert Analytics and problem solving skills
Expert Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills.
