Talent Management Analyst

We are currently seeking a Talent Management Analyst The primary contributions expected from this position include, but are not limited to the following:

? Help to identify core metrics to measure success
? Help to build systems to track and analyze metrics
? Conduct data query and analysis for talent management functions of the department.
? Monitor talent management activity and provide reports on metrics
? Support Oracle implementation ensuring talent management capabilities and execution
? Benchmark and network with other companies and vendors to identify best practices

Requirements:

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

? Bachelor's degree in related discipline desired, Master's degree preferred.
? Strong attention to detail
? Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiencies in Oracle, MS Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate reporting functionalities of MS Excel is required; experience with Access is an asset. Experience using Crystal Reports is useful but not required.
? Strong analytical skills, able to read and interpret complex data and translate into digestible formats
