Technical Recruiter

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented technical recruiter to join our growing team in the Seattle area (Bellevue, to be precise). For this position, in our contract consulting business unit, you will be working closely with technical candidates and clients, in pursuit of business goals, and above all else - customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who can dive right in (having 4+ years of technical recruiting experience and solid knowledge of IT recruiting in the contract staffing industry), to handle this fast paced, full cycle recruiting role, continually striving for quality, while managing a high volume of client needs.

Your responsibilities will include screening and interviewing technical candidates (team fit and technical screen), working directly with client hiring managers on specific contract needs, and negotiating with both parties for hires. You will work closely with our sales and employee relations team members, internally.
