What You?ll Do:



Own recruiting for our Professional Services business unit, headquartered in San Jose, CA. This group consists of approximately 75 Oracle, Siebel and PeopleSoft software application consultants that work on client implementation and customization projects around the country. We own the projects, which are run by our project directors, and employ a team of full time software consultants. The group has growth plans of approximately 30% this year. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of the unit, some of your responsibilities will include:



? Sourcing potential candidates using a variety of methods familiar to experienced recruiters: resume databases, online postings, direct sourcing, referrals, user group postings, internet search engines, and so on.



? Maintaining a candidate pipeline and successfully moving the interviewing process along to completion.



? Advising hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting through hiring process.



Sample positions include software consultants experienced in implementing some of the following application modules:



Oracle: Financials, Discrete Manufacturing, Order to Cash, IRecruitment/SSHR



Siebel: CRM on Demand, Business Analytics, Sales, Customer Order Management



PeopleSoft: Accounts Payable, GL/Project Costing, Inventory, Purchasing, Financials

What We?re Looking For:



A senior technical recruiter?5 or more years experience minimum-- willing to take charge of the recruitment process, able to manage their time and resources towards a successful outcome. 3 month project term will be extended as needed. Principals ONLY!
