IT/Engineering Recruiter
Job description:
We are looking for a Technical recruiter ideally with some recruiting experience but more importantly we are looking for highly motivated people with a great sense of urgency. Responsibilities will include recruiting candidates for existing clients, networking in order to to develop referrals and business development, maintaining client relationships, etc.
Qualifications:
- A great work ethic
- 0-3 years recruiting experience technical or non-technical
- BS or BA preferred but experience and desire to succeed are most critical
- Good solid communication skills
- Must be highly motivated and organized
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment
- A desire to be the best!!!!
Compensation:
- Base salary + aggressive commission plan (100K+ is very attainable)
