Location: Wellesley, MA

 

Duration: 6 Months with a HIGH chance of extension

 

Pay Rate: $38/hr (W2)

 

Job Description:

This person will be tasked with recruiting and filling contractor positions for a major healthcare account.

Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.

Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.

Prepares evaluation on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on Perot Systems Corporation.

 

May administer tests, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, and extend formal job offers.

Typically, the Specialist level provides Recruiting services and advice to organization, and may specialize in functional area such as Sales, Computer Applications, Finance, or Software Engineering.

Participates in development of new programs from inception to delivery.

Handles more complex administrative issues.

Provides knowledge and expertise to less experienced team members.

Interfaces with managers in determining possible sourcing pools for qualified candidates.

Requires 3-5 years of progressive experience in Recruiting or a related field, or equivalent combination of pertinent applicable education and experience.

Professional certification is desirable.

 

Typical Duties

Performs competitive analysis and suggests strategy for improving Perot Systems Corporations Recruiting programs.

Sources mid- and senior-level candidates for assigned positions.

Completes paperwork to ensure employees are entered on PSC payroll.

Develops, implements, and/or maintains recruiting programs.

Develops recruiting materials to assist in informing candidates of Perot Systems opportunities and culture.

Trains Analysts.

 

Required Skills:

Minimum Educational Requirements:
