The Technical Staffing Manager will manage the recruiting process for our Technical Shared Services & Business Shared Services Teams within The Walt Disney Internet Group in Seattle. This individual will be responsible for marketing the Walt Disney Internet Group as an ?employer of choice? through outreach within Seattle. Identifies and develops community/business relationships to enhance candidate pool. Work jointly with the HR Business Partner to anticipate the hiring needs of client groups and develops creative solutions to meet staffing requirements while recruiting the best possible talent in the market and overseeing their induction needs. This role will manage the hiring process, which includes, but is not limited to, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, generating offers to candidates, finalizing the hiring process for candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

7-10 years recruiting experience, 5+ or more of it should be full cycle technical recruiting, preferably in-house.

Demonstrated success in recruiting top talent.

Computer savvy including the ability to use Internet search capabilities. Well versed with ATS systems (Vurv, Webhire, etc.) as well as SAP experience helpful.

BA preferred or equivalent experience required.
