Technical Trainer III - PeopleSoft / Financial / HR

The Technical Trainer position is primarily responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining PeopleSoft Financial training solutions and measuring the effectiveness of the training for TWTC.  This position is responsible for the PeopleSoft Financial life cycle training delivery and course updates for the following training courses:  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Projects, Requisitions, and Receiving; as well as development of new training courses in the area of financial/HR systems, applications, and business processes.  Training solutions are predominantly delivered via web conferencing, with some instructor led training.

Technical Competencies:

* Develop and Facilitate material in a Technology Based Learning (TBL) environment
* Excellent computer skills to include the Microsoft Office suite
* Instructional Design and Development skills utilized to build learning materials
* Class facilitation and presentation skills
* Ability to perform complex detailed needs analysis for customer training requests
* Understand training measurements
* PeopleSoft training experience or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software training experience.
* Possesses an understanding and background of Learning Management Systems
* Analytical skills needed to identify customer needs, define objectives, develop materials and deliver courses
* Prefer experience developing e-learning solutions using commercial applications such as Camtasia and or Captivate, and basic skills in the area of web publishing experience (frontpage, html, etc.)

Preferred Education/Experience:

* A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required with a Bachelors Degree preferred
* Experience in the telephony industry preferred
*1-2 years in PeopleSoft training development delivery strongly preferred, specifically in Financials and Inventory.
* 1-3 years formal instructional design and delivery is preferred with a background in web-based and multi-media training delivery systems. 

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
* General office environment. 
* Extensive use of office equipment to include fax machine, PC, and copier.
* Some overtime work may be required.
