Temp HR Assistant/Generalist

HR Asst/generalist duties:

?????????? Provide admin support and work with HR Director to deliver programs and services to employees, including Senior Management and Executives.
? ?? New hire orientation, termination process, maintaining and updating personnel records and monitoring employee timesheets.
? ?? Process documents in coordination with payroll

?????????? Perform recruiting for temporary employees, interns, part time and permanent candidates, including reviewing ??resumes, scheduling interviews, background checks and references.
? ?? Assist in the writing, revisions, editing and proofreading of company policies and procedures
? ?? Maintain and update employee Personnel, Credential and Medical files

?????????? Monitor employee attendance and prepare reports

?????????? Update bulletin boards and distribute staff memos

?????????? Provide backup to front desk reception as needed
