Temp Labor Program Manager

Description:
Job Duties: Assist with the day-to-day management and strategic development of Bear Stearns Temp Labor Program.



Will be responsible for :

? Ensuring contract compliance

? Managing to the service levels of contract

? Interacting with all levels and departments of the bank (heavy interaction with Investment Banking, Legal and Equity Research) to ensure that temporary staffing requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled

? Developing action plans to ensure issue resolution

? Overseeing the Supplier?s On-Site team

? Identifying and implementing cost savings and demand management programs

? Responsible for invoice validation

? Analyzing reports for pattern changes and trends

? Utilizing Ariba e-commerce tool to oversee requisitioning of temp labor

? Ongoing Ariba training for end-users

? Coordinating quarterly business review with Supplier

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: ? Minimum 5 years applicable experience (Temp Labor Branch Manager/Onsite Manager experience preferred)

? Undergraduate degree

? Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills

? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

? Familiarity with eprocurement tools a plus
