Temporary Staffing Consultant

Currently, we are looking to hire an individual to recruit and maintain an inventory of qualified candidates to ensure that Hollister has a pipeline filled with top-notch talent in all areas of specialization.

 

Job Responsibilities

 Recruitment of candidates via Internet, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other appropriate sources.Interview, screen and conduct reference checks on all candidates.Counsel candidates on interview process, short and long-term career goals and salary expectations.After initial interview, enter all candidate information into Hollister database and add appropriate tracking notes to system.  Develop long term relationships with candidates.Develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will support current job listings and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future needs.Match appropriate candidate with client orders.Help prepare candidates for assignments.Establish and foster an open and communication intensive relationships with candidates.Development of candidates ? provides career counseling and planning, resume consulting, training and development, coaching and guidance including short and long term developmental plans.Maintain all candidates that are not on assignment.Always alert to what team members are working onReports to the Branch Manager.
