Territory Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of a Recruiting Manager or Regional Director this position is responsible for the recruitment and staffing of the Northern California territory. This position hires for entry and mid-level management positions at SCORE! Educational Centers. Recruiter is responsible for college marketing and recruiting in addition to experienced hire marketing and recruiting necessary to staff their regions.

 

Additional responsibilities include designing and executing on a variety of sourcing methods to generate applicants, screening resumes, interviewing selected candidates and coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers.  Territory Recruiters also manage the execution of regional employee referral programs.



PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Source new resumes

? Screen resumes received from applicants

? Represent SCORE! at collegiate and experienced hire job fairs

? Interview all candidates in multi-step interview process. Interviews will be conducted via phone, in person and in groups

? Manage all grassroots marketing for territory

? Manage all college recruiting and marketing efforts

? Present in front of groups ranging from 5 ? 50 people

? Conduct data analysis on regional recruiting efforts

 




QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

? 5-7 years work experience. At least 3 years of Recruiting experience required.

? Passion for impacting the education industry strongly preferred.

? Compelling interpersonal and leadership skills

? Staunch organizational skills

? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

? Results-oriented. Enjoys being held accountable to and attaining goals

? Ability to analyze data to make strategic decisions

? Enthusiastic about thinking outside the box to generate new resumes

? Must be comfortable working autonomously

? Strong presentation skills

? Go-getter and ambitious individual

? Some travel is required

? Knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel
