Job Description
This position will report to the Director Total Compensation. Will have responsibility for the base pay, bonus and benefit design for the JJill organization. Analyze the impact of proposed changes to the JJill programs and keep the Dir TC informed of issues relating to Comp and Benefit programs. Implement job descriptions and Hay evaluations for JJill. Develop range structures to support the JJill evaluations and market analysis of positions. Manage the annual merit increase program for JJill associates. Support Talbots Benefits Analyst in the annual renewal process for the health and welfare programs by providing background information on JJill benefit programs, analysis of the JJill benefits and associate demographics.



Requirements:

Bachelors Degree required with MBA preferred. 7 -8 years related experience in both Compensation and Benefit design.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
