Total Rewards Benefits/Compensation Senior Specialist

This position is responsible for coordination and administration of the health and welfare programs (medical, dental, vision prescription, life, accident, disability, Flexible Spending Accounts), benefits accounting, Matched Savings Plan, and the Profit Sharing Plan.  Other responsibilities include the non-qualified supplemental deferred compensation plan, and bonus programs as well as the salary administration and executive compensation process, position and performance evaluation system, the performance management process, and partnering with management on strategic planning regarding compensation and benefits.

 

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related field along with a minimum of 5 years benefits experience.

 

Preferred applicant will possess prior compensation background along with a strong math/accounting aptitude, be a team player, energetic, and passionate about their work.  Incumbent should have experience in administering/communicating benefit plan info, open enrollment and SPD and Plan Docs.  Prior experience in full circle project management (roll out of benefits plans) and administering qualified retirement plans including 401k and defined-plans are highly desirable.
