The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

 Partner with management staff to analyze and identify business channel training requirementsConsult with subject matter experts to create on-the-job training modules and job-specific learning aidsEnsure the timely development and implementation of training programs that fulfill basic and/or specific business channel development needsLead train-the-trainer sessions to assist other company trainers, supervisors, and/or facilitators with the development of effective presentation and training skillsMaintain employee training records, course registrations, course evaluation dataCreate, updating and maintaining training program content, visuals, and materialsAbility to travel periodically

The qualified candidate will meet or exceed the following:Three plus years of technical writing, design, development, facilitation, and evaluation of internally developed and/or vendor supplied training programs in a sales or financial services environmentMortgage experience preferredCross departmental training experience preferredAbility to conduct needs assessmentsMust be proficient with technical writing programs (RoboHelp)Exceptional facilitation with a variety of topics and wide range of audienceExceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, client management, organizational, and analytical skillsMust be proficient with MS Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor degree preferred
