Job Description

- Develop IT Training Strategies
o Function as internal consultant to assess training needs and design progressive
training programs and solutions.
o Partner with global colleagues to develop training initiatives across AXA Tech.
- Manage ongoing training and development processes
o Review and approve training requisitions.
o Manage the training budget.
o Handle all reporting globally and locally.
- Support development activities including:
o Technical and managerial career paths.
o Performance management and 360 Review.
o Succession Planning (OTR).
- Coordinate manager and employee led committees as assigned
- Participate with colleagues in other HR activities (i.e. Employee Relations, Recruitment, Communications, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of training and development experience
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills
- Excellent writing, presentation and customer service skills
- Must be able to build strong working relationships with managers and staff
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) an advantage
- HR Generalist experience preferred
