Training Specialist

CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is currently recruiting for a Training Specialist for a prestigious client in the Redmond area. This is a contract position paying up to $20.00 an hour, based on skills and experience.

This position oversees the creative design, copy and distribution of training material, ensuring that material is properly distributed; assist with the logistics of localizing said material and ensuring that the copy is fresh and reflects the audience - newsletters. Responsible for obtaining the right set of messages for that month?s edition, working with the vendor to create and ensuring that it?s distributed online and in-print via Mosaic. Also will work on building training content for our entertainment device, ensuring the flash training courses, print pieces and pocket guides are created according to design specifications. This person may be required to speak to the device in front of audiences and give demos. This role will also serve as general training support for various manager shows and events.



Qualifications:

Product training design, creative and instructional design needed

Strong project management skills

An ability to work without a lot of direction

Able to work on multiple projects at once

Fluent in PowerPoint, and Excel

Strongly preferred: An understanding of web, flash, XML and web publishing.
