The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is in the process of relocating a substantial portion of its business to Durham, NC.  Join us in our new facility as the Training & HRMS Administrator on our Human Resources Team, and help us grow.

Responsibilities

Training Administration:Maintain and monitor training and tuition reimbursement budgets to ensure spending does not exceed approved budget; Address user training needs/requests by processing internal and external training requests in a timely manner; Schedule classes, facilitators, room arrangements, and materials; Research and recommend appropriate training classes to employees based on their requests; Monitor and maintain the tuition reimbursement program to ensure employees submit appropriate paperwork for approval; Track inventory for materials needed for internal and external training classes; Attend vendor-training classes to assess overall effectiveness of training program and make recommendations for improvements as necessary; Conduct and/or participate as an instructor in training classes; Research and liaise with external vendors, build working relationships with external consultants/vendors; Maintain facilitators guide for New Hire Orientation; Process invoices in a timely manner; Process and manage Initial Training memo to Managers along with Initial Training Form to ensure participation in mandatory classes; Maintain training database and audit data to ensure new hires attend all mandatory training; Maintain training central file for all training vendors/resources and history.

HRMS Administration:Perform Oracle report management (development and execution of reports); Perform quarterly audits on Oracle data to ensure accuracy; Serve as technical lead for HR support of Oracle; Serve as the HR technology liaison for Oracle; Create and maintain Oracle HR documentation (in Tutor), including flowcharts and instructions, for compliance with ISO; Serve as HR intranet champion to ensure HR's homepage is updated, user friendly, and operational. Serve as primary contact person for the HR Self-Service support.

HR Support:Maintain ISO process documentation; Support administrative functions for HR team (i.e., distributing mail, maintaining HR forms, etc.); Facilitate New Hire Orientation; Support the HR Team with special projects and assignments as needed.

RequirementsStrong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills; Oracle experience in HRMS and Self Service; Excellent follow-up and customer service skills; Proven ability to manage multiple tasks; Solid organizational and project management skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Platform/facilitation skills or experience in delivering training a plus.
