Requirements:
* MUST have BS/BA - ideally in HR, Organizational Development, Labor Relations etc etc etc.
* MUST have 8-12 years overall experience.
* MUST have strong manufacturing experience while working in a GROWING company (down sizing experience will not help you here!)
* MUST have outstanding executive and staff level recruiting skills.
* MUST be a HR leader who consistently works to be on the leading edge on all new HR developments and issues.
* MUST be able to interview immediately.
