Kelly Financial Resources, a global staffing leader specializing in the placement of finance and accounting professionals is looking for a financial recruiter for Orange County, California.
Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting and placing finance and accounting candidates into contract and permanent placement roles within our client base. Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for building/managing candidate and client relationships. This person must be able to work in a team environment and communicate directly with our clients to identify the specific needs of the hiring managers.
Our clients include 95% of the Fortune 500 firms as well as for 100% of America's Most Admired Companies. Kelly is celebrating 60 years of Excellence.
The salary on this position will be based on experience and will include a commission bonus structure and full benefits to include: health, dental, vision, 401K, cafeteria plan, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, disability insurance, as well as several vendor discount programs and incentives based on Kelly client relationships.
