US Payroll Administrator

NCO Group, Inc. is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management and other services.  NCO provides services through approximately 90 offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and Panama.  Our Getzville, NY location is currently searching for a  Payroll Administrator for our US Operations.

 

This position will be responsible for the day to day functions required to produce biweekly payrolls.  Will act as a liaison with site representatives.  Will facilitate data exchanges to gather required information.  Makes entries to SAP payroll system.  Services requests for PTO and works to resolve employee payroll concerns with site locations.

 

Degree or equiv experience. 3-5 yrs. payroll experience. Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality.  Above average excel skills required.  Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.  Must be able to meet deadlines.  Excellent written & oral communication skills.  SAP or in-house payroll experience preferred.
