Responsibilities:

 

-Constant recruiting of new sales associates

-Maintain accurate new hire records and perform background checks as needed

-Responsible for meeting monthly recruiting and turnover goals

-Ability to work in a competitive team environment

-Constantly define and renew networking and communication programs

-Ability to source and recruit qualified individuals for sales positions at all levels.

 

Requirements:

 

-Must be highly motivated and self-disciplined excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-A desire to compete and excel personally and financially is a must

-Must be capable of adapting to the constant needs of the company.

-Volume multiple location retail recruiting experience and /or previous sales experience is a plus.

-Must have reliable transportation

-No relocation assistance assistance is available.  You must live in the VA BEACH area to be considered for this position.
