As a Vice President you will participate in the design, development, and implementation of executive compensation strategies. You will be consulting with clients on executive compensation issues including providing guidance and support to internal and external clients on a variety of tax, audit and regulatory technical issues.? In addition, you will demonstrate a mastery of consulting by effectively supervising multiple projects, providing technical solutions and addressing business development opportunities.?

Our Vice Presidents:
????????? Partner with clients over a multi-year period, beyond the life of any one project; initiate, identify and participate in all services provided to clients.
????????? Demonstrate a broad understanding of technical issues and alternatives for selecting an appropriate solution for client situations.
????????? Integrate broad business and client knowledge to identify and develop innovative, well conceived and appropriate design recommendations.
????????? Actively participate in projects both internally and externally that contribute to the development of intellectual capital that reinforces PM&P?s brand in the marketplace
????????? Coach and develop others? analytical and consulting skills.
????????? Manage and/or coordinate the day-to-day activities and delivery of services, generally under the direction of a Managing Director.
????????? Develop particular technical expertise that is of value to the firm and its clients.
?
To be successful you will need:
????????? Significant experience understanding and interpreting financial statements.
????????? 4-6 years experience in a professional services firm, preferably in a compensation environment, with either a national human resources consulting firm, public accounting firm or law firm.
????????? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in finance/business, accounting, mathematic/statistics or economics.? A Master?s degree would be a plus, as would certifications such as CPA or CFA.
????????? Proven technical, client management, plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills.?
????????? Basic client relationship development skills.
