financial institution, seeks an experienced professional to join its Senior
Management Team.
The Vice President of Human Resources position requires leadership experience
over all Human Resources strategies and functions, and must demonstrate
the ability to ensure the consistent, effective delivery of HR services, systems and
standardized practices in support of the company?s business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive HR professional who wants to
utilize his/her management and leadership skills in a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have significant work experience in HR management
and staff development. The responsibility will also include executive recruitment,
development and administration of benefits and compensation programs,
compliance and reporting functions, staff transitioning related to additions in company
locations, organizational planning, policy development and implementation
in support of growth objectives, employee relations and culture building.
He/she will support company executives in goal setting development and
employee relationship.
The candidate should hold a Master?s degree in Human Resources or Management
field and at least 10 years of human resources experience with a minimum
of 3-5 years management experience at a senior level, preferably with
a consumer-oriented financial institution. Bilingual (Polish-English) desirable.
