Workers' Compensation Claims Asst.
Great Opportunity for an Exciting Career!!!
This well-known Wilkes-Barre company is now recruiting candidates to join their workers' compensation team. Responsibilities include reviewing new claims, requesting medical records, opening files, reviewing and approving payments as well as scheduling medical examinations and other miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with medical/insurance terminology. Prior nursing experience is preferred. Knowledge of Word and Excel are also required.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
