Workplace Solutions Inclusion Project Manager

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. KPMG??s commitment to its clients is demonstrated in our client service delivery approach with cross-functional teams that extend across industry segments. We are currently seeking a Workplace Solutions Inclusion Project Manager, to join us in our Montvale office.

Responsibilities:

?{Work with the Director of Women??s Initiatives to cultivate proactive communication plans, initiatives and well thought out traditional and e-business plans helping to ensure a constant flow of information to internal and external audiences
?{Provide tactical leadership promotions and internal communication plans related to Women??s Initiatives, policies and processes
?{Develop internal and external article concepts, as well as write and edit clear, compelling communication for Women??s related news and information to be shared with various audiences
?{Work with the Director of Women??s Initiatives in implementation and improvement of diversity programs
?{Support the firms Employer of Choice (EOC) initiatives by designing, managing, and delivering cross-functional support to affinity group leadership, processes, and tools that will drive diversity initiatives and improve firmwide performance
?{Conduct research that allows the firm to assume a leadership role in Women??s Initiatives, progress on EOC goals and stay abreast of competitive trends in the diversity arena
?{Provide subject matter experience in areas such as surveys, performance management, affinity group administration, and diversity best practices
?{Develop presentations, communications, and materials to support initiatives
?{Manage national conferences and events
?{Project management; organization, plan outline and timeline, implementation, status communication, and project evaluation

Qualifications:

?{Bachelor??s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
?{Knowledge and experience on various or a subset of the following areas: change management, performance management, upward feedback, affinity group management, branding, measuring ROI on EOC initiatives, diversity best practices, internal and external communication
?{Experience with and examples of internal and external written communication such as internal publications, Op Ed articles, and formal presentations
?{Possess a working ability of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
?{Some travel
