Job Description: PeopleSoft Developer BearingPoint is seeking an PeopleSoft Developer to join our team to support software development activities in our Global Development Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:

- Develop online customizations using PeopleTools - Application Designer.

- Develop SQR/Application Engine batch programs for interface/conversion/reporting.

- Develop custom SQL statements to run against database tables for analysis.

- Create technical specification documents by using functional requirements documents.

- Work with the Business users to develop data mapping document for interface/conversion development.


Requirements:

- 2 Years minimum development experience with Oracle’s PeopleSoft 8.x applications

- Must have strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, nVision, Crystal Reports, Integration Broker, Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, and File Layout.

- General knowledge of Integration Tools (Integration Broker, Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, Business Interlinks, File Layout), PS/Query, nVision, Crystal Reports.

- Must have solid technical skills in developing online/batch/reporting customizations.

- Experience with several functional modules within Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise applications.

- Must have experience working with DB2/Oracle/SQL Server or other relational databases.

- Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Must have general understanding of project methodology/change control/code migration procedure/coding & development standards.

- Familiar with PeopleSoft delivered workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Relocation to Hattiesburg, MS is required.
