ACCESS DEVELOPER
Establish and maintain a comprehensive HRIS reports library. Will also create special ad-hoc reports as necessary using the Oracle Discoverer report-writing tool. Assures information is available either as needed or according to prescribed timetable. Updates and modifies codes, tables, reports, and other systems applications to meet changing requirements of the Company. Works as a functional lead on various IT projects such as the design and implementation of security updates, or the addition of new functionality.
Must have a complete understanding of relational database fundamentals.
Must have strong computer skills including advanced knowledge and experience using Excel and Access. Knowledge of database table setup and maintenance and SQL required.
Knowledge of Crystal or Discoverer a plus. Knowledge of HRMS applications preferred, experience with Oracle HRIS and Payroll systems a significant plus. Must possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Must have the ability to be creative and think-out-of-the-box.
NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE / LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
SALARY RANGE: $50,000.00 TO $55,000.00
