ANALYST PROGRAMMER OR SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAMMER

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN invites applications for an Analyst Programmer or Senior Analyst Programmer at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

 

You will be an integral part of the technical team supporting our consumer health website, MayoClinic.com, corporate subscription sites and content syndication business.  Responsibilities range from designing/implementing web-based applications and services to assisting with the monitoring and maintenance of multiple websites, development of interactive programs and tools, developing/maintaining a comprehensive Content Management System, and reporting and outcomes support.  The Senior Analyst Programmer will also act as a primary resource and leader to less-experienced team members.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

­  -Bachelor?s degree in computer science or similar field (or education/experience equivalent)

­  -Experience working with Cold Fusion or ASP is required

­ - 3-5 web application development experience preferred

­ - Proven technical skills in SQL, Java Script, HTML, XML/XSLT, TCP/IP networking protocols/security, NT system tools/utilities, object-oriented design/development, application development with MS-Windows, data modeling and design on an enterprise level DB (SQL or Sybase)

­  -Excellent project management, communication and follow-through skills

­  -In-depth knowledge of the Internet and information systems architecture/development

­  -Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills

­  -Experience with SOAP and Action Script. Is preferred
