Job Description
Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

 

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.


Client Operations people are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions.  The difference with working in one of these functions at Accenture is that you'll be in a front-line role.  You could have a customer-facing position where you will have opportunities to think differently, provide input to improve processes and ultimately deliver better services to clients. In some cases, you might be working on customized, innovative services for a single client.  In others, you may provide proven services to more than one client, making every day different and interesting.  But you will always be focused on delivering high performance.


The Communications Team Lead will be the primary Accenture resource responsible for the creation and distribution of Communication materials during the course of the project.

 

Responsibilities may include:

? Work closely with the Accenture Project Team to facilitate the sharing of communication

? Execute against and improve upon an existing communication plan for the Rollout effort

? Track the execution of all communications against the communication plan

? Management and coordination of updates to the Workplan as needed

? Manage and support the Program Metrics and Quad chart updates

? Manage the Communication Change Network Agents Program 

? Coordinate the weekly Team Leads Meetings

? Manage the development of a monthly Newsletter

? Manage the team SharePoint site to facilitate open communications

 

 

Qualifications

Must have qualifications: TS/SCI Security Clearance 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio 3+ years of professional experience in client services or IT industry1+ years of team leadership experienceBachelors degree or equivalent experience

 

Nice to have skills:Excellent Communications Skills Presentation and Collaboration proficiencySiebel Application CertificationITIL Certification
