ABOUT OUR COMPANY : SunGard Higher Education staff, web services integration "vision". Directs day-to-day operations of Internet/web services integration team. Maintains regular contact with client executives and staff, deploys positive client relationship. Analyzes resource utilization and initiates programs for improvement. Assesses proposed technology projects as they relate to web services integration and recommends appropriate action. Develops and controls web services integration budgets. Assists CIO with ensuring contract administration, extensions, and enhancements. Manages complex integration projects using cross-departmental staff and resources.

Participates in or provides consultation to committees, user groups or special seminars.

Will act as team lead for the Web Services Integration Team. May be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. May carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
