ASP.Net Developers

Kelly IT Resources is searching for a Web ASP.net Developer for our St. Louis, Missouri client. The position is a 6 month contract to hire.

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and deploying medium to large size web applications
- Deep knowledge and understanding of .NET programming including ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Web Services, Visual Studio/Visual Studio.NET, T_SQL. Lack of a background in one or more of these technologies is not a disqualifier, if it is offset by additional experience in similar technologies.
- Strong Object Oriented analysis, design and programming techniques
- Strong relational database modeling experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL server
- Experience working in a high volume, financial or retail transaction environment highly desirable

Job Description:
Will be responsible for developing .Net web-based applications as well as developing and supporting non-web-based transaction processing applications and software. The position is responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing these applications. This position also participates in the testing process and supports the software through the entire life cycle of the product. Web-based applications are developed in .NET; back-end software is developed using SQL and .NET. This position is a software generalist, with a focus on web development, and the selected candidate should possess a broad range of programming skills.
