ASP PROGRAMMER

ASP PROGRAMMER

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Under general supervision, maintains and modifies existing application programs. Writes new programs of simple to moderate complexity and scope, working with basic applications systems design and specifications.

2. Follows specific instructions from supervisor to code, test, debug, and maintain simple to moderately complex programs.

3. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

? Assist other programmers with the maintenance and documentation of simple programs; tests programmed programs to determine if they perform as intended.

? Follow defined solutions with specific task instructions to complete coding.

? Gain industry knowledge by applying basic problem solving and technical skills from short to medium duration tasks.

? Able to work on routine, well-defined, analysis-type problems related to a single activity or procedure.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Must have experience in programming using ASP, ASP.net, html programming language. Different web based projects, web based charting projects. Must have basic knowledge of programming techniques and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION

College training equivalent to Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
