The Howard County Public School System is seeking an Assistant Manager of the Technology Service Center. Under the direction of the Manager of Networks and Technology Support Services, this person oversees the Technology Service Center (TSC). This position requires supervision of 12 support TSC Technicians who service 72 facilities. Applicants must have a Bachelors degree or related experience; Three to five years experience managing technical staff;
Three to five years of experience in technical support management; and demonstrated customer service experience. Salary $58,070?$103,810.
