We are currently seeking to hire an Infrastructure Solutions Service Delivery Manager in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Role:
The Infrastructure Solutions Service Delivery Manager must possess and demonstrate experienced leadership, business and infrastructure technical skills crossing multiple disciplines. This position has direct and matrix management responsibilities for multiple levels of the total organization. Primary responsibilities include directing both the day-to-day infrastructure support activities and associates, and the program management of the strategic direction for the account as it relates to infrastructure technologies.

The Service Delivery Manager has local accountability for all the Infrastructure Solutions associates working on one of Perot Systems Healthcare accounts.

The Service Delivery Manager responsibilities include associate goal and objective setting, tracking performance evaluations, career development, training plans, succession plans, and the health and safety of all associates on the client's premises. He/she will facilitate account driven project requirements by documenting the requirements and working with the appropriate organizations to establish solutions and budget to fulfill requirements. The Delivery Manager also acts as a point of escalation for the account. Other regular activities performed include collecting financial information and performing analysis /variance reporting and communicating throughout all levels of the organization. It is expected that the Service Delivery Manager will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the contract between Perot Systems and the client, and understand the client's business drivers to the appropriate extent.

Requirements Include:

Leadership of multi-site, large-scale, technical operations in a mission critical business environment (preferably healthcare);

Customer relationship management, technical strategic planning, with innovative implementations of proven technologies to add value;

Preferred Skills / Experience:

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure/experience to industry IT functions and organizations

Senior level management

Be knowledgeable of the management of IT Operations or Delivery functions, P&L management, Project/Program management and Business Development.
