Account Set-up Analyst (Excellent entry level IT opportunity)

Long Term Care Group, Inc. (LTCG) is the largest long-term care administrator in the country.  We provide services to some of the largest insurance companies in the nation. LTCG offers a complete platform of long-term care insurance services, such as underwriting, care management, commission payments and much more.

 

We are in search of an Account Set-up Analyst to provide account set-up for all new and existing client accounts.  This includes providing set-up for user access and general set-up of the insurance product within the database.  The Analyst will also be responsible for formatting and simple pathing of the insurance policy documents.

 

Other Responsibilities Include:  Plan and Kit Printer set-up.Identify and report issues to project/account managers and programmers.  May work with programmers on modifications and issue resolution.Serve as a resource during testing of new products and system releases.Assist with the development of new procedure manuals, tools and system enhancements.

 

Qualifications:HS Diploma or equivalent is required.  Recent graduate of Associate degree or Bachelor?s degree program in math, business administration or computer/information system related field is ideal.Proficient knowledge of operations and relationship to account set-up highly desired.Working knowledge of a Windows environment, MS Word and Excel is required.  Advanced skills preferred, specifically with Word formatting.Proven ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy is required.
