Admin Assistant/Resource Coordinator

Description: Consultis of Tampa, an Information Technology Staffing Provider, has a full time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Resource Coordinator. This position will provide support to the Sales, Recruiting and Managerial staff. Qualified applicants must be thorough, resourceful and able to execute projects with a minimum of supervision.

Skills required:
"High school degree or better
"5-7 years related work experience
"Ability to manage and organize workflow and assist others in their processes
"Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
"Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Duties:
"General office support functions including answering phones, reception, maintaining office appearance, etc. as needed
"Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
"Assist with human resource functions including new hire orientation, benefits management and maintenance of employment files
"Processing of weekly payroll
"Assist Manager with administrative duties
"Provide orientation to new employees
"Coordinate and support on-boarding efforts of Sales and Recruiting staff
