Job description:

The key role of an Advanced Technical Support agent is to provide technical telephone support to customers by resolving problems of advanced technical complexity. The agents will manage the customer service relationship and provide technical solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and work directly with their supervisor to manage customer issues. Agents will analyze non-functional equipment/software to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action by replicating customer issues and submitting escalations to the proper engineering channels. Agents will maintain a high quality standard to provide the highest possible service efficiently and reliably.

As an agent representing the company, your main goal is to handle inbound calls and resolve customer's technical issues by providing quality customer service. On-going training and development is important for all our agents and is recognized and coordinated by the Supervisors and our Technical Processes Improvement department on the different devices, system upgrades and advanced troubleshooting techniques to assist you in providing world class service to our customers.

Qualifications:Natural and resourceful technical abilities A good understanding of computer hardware Trouble shooting skills Experience setting up a Broadband Home/Office Network Working knowledge of Windows Networking MAC/Unix OS experience a plus High commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service Must successfully pass all required testing and screening
