The following management position is now available in New York City, White Plains, and Garden City. This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $70+ (DOE) plus bonus plans and monthly incentives. Average first year earnings $100k! GENERAL SALES MANAGER

This position is responsible driving sales, promoting a high level of customer service, employee training, and ensuring operational excellence. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting customers and team members, performing sales analysis, setting performance goals, reviewing departmental schedules to ensure staffing plans meet demands of volume, monitoring sales and margin for the previous day, and working with the Sales Manager to ensure that sales budget objectives are met or exceeded.

 

Position Requirements:

** Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of high volume retail experience.

** 3+ years management experience.

** Computer technology experience is a plus.

** A high school diploma/GED is required, Bachelor?s degree is preferred.

** Must be high energy with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

** Experience with P & L and managing 35-50 people.

** A strong orientation for excellent customer service.

** The ability to interpret an extensive variety of financial, legal and technical instructions.
