Position Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to function within the Information Solutions Department as a business liaison, systems integrator, developer, and implementer. Reporting to an IS Process Area Manager or Director, this individual will work closely with a Senior Business Systems Analyst and/or an IS Project Leader to participate in IS projects that will facilitate the development and management of systems within a business process area with respect to information capture, storage, analysis and reporting. The individual works with others in IS and in the business process area to identify, implement and support/enhance new or existing systems and processes. Examples of the types of systems that the individual will work with include issue tracking systems, data acquisition systems, document management systems, web applications, Laboratory Information Management Systems, sales force automation systems, SAP, etc.; depending on the IS Process Area. The majority of the position?s responsibilities are related to system implementation tasks such as business case development; Participation in project implementation teams; Requirements gathering; Process design, business data, process, and workflow modeling; Software selection; System documentation, testing, and validation (where applicable); Working with IS and other project team resources to get projects completed; Change management; Post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

BA/BS Information Systems required with 3-5 years related experience. Experience in Distribution industry preferred. Experience in SAP MM, SD, and FI/CO as a power user of IT professional preferred.
