Analyst, Business Sr Staff

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing strategic, Information Systems (IS), technical and/or business process consulting and solutions on enterprise wide projects, inclusive of making recommendations and negotiating critical IS issues with SE executive management and/or other executive management within and outside of the organization.


Participates in industry committees, professional organizations, research entities and/or with equipment manufacturers to identify hardware/software trends. Assists with review and/or revision of Service Level Agreement contract term(s). Sets goals and performance standards for Systems Development Life Cycle tasks. Facilitates BPOs in setting enterprise-wide priorities for programs and significant projects and in setting capacity levels for long-term planning and measurement. Facilitates the retirement, renovation and/or replacement decisions in conjunction with Business Process Owners and senior management for application systems with enterprise wide implications (Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Product Data Management, etc.).
