Reporting directly to the Manager-HRMS, Corporate Human Resources, the selected candidate will provide analytical skills and support application automation for the HR department.  They will also perform a variety of key roles in the maintenance, support, and development for process improvements in addition to working closely with the HR management and end users to translate process needs and improvements into automated solutions. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support for existing and new SAP HR functionality.
Evaluate and document HR user requirements for business integration with existing and new solutions.
Serve as technical resource on new HR initiatives, solution reviews, and system upgrades.
Develop training materials and deliver training content to HR personnel.
Assist with extracting data for periodic audits of SAP system to ensure system credibility and data integrity.
Provide troubleshooting analysis for problem resolution and business process improvements.
Serve as lead resource between IT and third party vendors for existing and new interfaces.
Consult with HR community and business to evaluate and develop reporting solutions for consistent and accurate reports.
Evaluate use of SAP HR to meet changing business requirements and continually monitor HR information needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

 

The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with a minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working in HRMS and 1 to 2 years of SAP hands-on configuration and support with the following HR modules; Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, and Time Management.  Must possess advanced analytical, planning, problem solving, decision making, communication and influencing skills.  The must also be able to develop HR solutions to complex problems / requirements which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.  The selected candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate in person, by phone, by email with a diverse population, must possess computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes as well as SAP HR functional configuration knowledge.
