Application Administration Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of hosted Deloitte network applications. Applications include, but are not limited to Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Blackberry/Goodlink, Active Directory, Tacit, eDRMS, Sharepoint, LCS, SMS, system monitoring and alerting tools and applications, and other Deloitte applications as deployed by the firm.
- Accountable for meeting task-specific service
levels with respect to client service and operations needs.
- Responsible for monitoring and resolving ServiceDesk incident tickets assigned to the Messaging Administration inbox during on-call rotation. All incidents should be worked to SLA and resolutions documented in call detail.
- Ensure knowledge obtained in the resolution of significant incidents is captured into process documentation and properly trained and communicated to the team.
- Identify and work with appropriate referral resource groups (Messaging Operations, Applications Operations, Security Administration, Information Security, End User Technology Services, Messaging Engineering, Messaging Operations, PSN Helpdesk,U.S.Technology Call Centers) to resolve ongoing or widespread technology issues impacting customer service.
- Provide consistent operational support with respect to failover, redundancy, high availability and the ability to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Adhere to
operational turnover procedures to insure that all new or changed applications/systems are prepared to meet established SLAs.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and replacements.
- Participate in the design, recommendation, planning, development and implementation of Deloitte production solutions to meet operations requirements.
- Participate in functional level and department-wide assignments of similar complexity and impact.

Qualifications:
- Education requirements: B.S. in Computer Science or related field required. MCSE and/or MCSA certification desired.
- Necessary Prior Experience: 4 to 6 years proven technical administration experience in a large enterprise messaging/web environment.

outside a reporting relationship; mature analytical skills a must.

- ??????Proven performance in monitoring performance against defined Service Level Agreements with internal customers, internal departments and external vendors. Dedicated to increasing performance levels.
- ??????Proven task management skills with focus on meeting multiple deliverables and timelines.
- ????? Demonstrated awareness of Information Technology trends, directions and emerging technologies including systems/technologies administration and policies.
- ????? Excellent presentation and communications skills - both oral and written.
- ????? Commitment to enforcement of administrative procedures and policies including
policy change control.
- Required Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Blackberry/Goodlink, Windows 2000/XP, Sharepoint, SMS, LCS, and system monitoring and alerting tools required.

- Any Other Pertinent Requirements: Ability to work 7:00 AM CST to 7:00 PM CST with ability to work after-business hours as required (nights, weekends) due to project needs and operational emergencies.
