?  5+ years professional experience within IT industry

Qualifications

 

  * Oracle Applications 11i implementation experience in an Oracle Applications CRM Functional consulting role

  * Industry experience and knowledge in the areas of Customer Relationship Management

  * Experience with process analysis, process design, mapping, and re-engineering;

  * Process/software gap analysis and resolution;

  * Troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications CRM module configuration

  * Create test scripts and testing of application/processes

  * Experience in using Oracle Applications 11i modules

  o CRM Foundation, Telesales, Campaign and Event Management, Interaction Center, Marketing On-line, Sales Force Automation, Quoting, Configurator, Trade Management, Service, Contracts, Field Sales, Quoting and Incentive Compensation.

 

  * Knowledgeable in Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to CRM module schemas/products, standard (API's) application program interfaces, data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion and reporting support.

  * Experience in the functional design and design review of Oracle Applications dependent data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications.

  *  Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday)

  ? Bachelor's degree required
