Job Description

Emerald Coast Software Company is seeking application consultants to aid our clients in implementing our cutting edge eForms and Business Process Improvment applications, Abacus and BlackTie, along with the products of our partners. You will work in our Alpharetta office; current residency in north Atlanta is required as no relocation funds are available for this position.  H1B sponsorship is not available for this job. Successful candidates must be professional, customer-centric individuals who have a balanced mix of business skills and acumen, solid technical skills, good project and engagement management skills, and must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities for this position include conducting needs and requirements analyses with customers, other consultants, and technical (programming) staff; analyzing, mapping, and documenting business processes; designing and devising ways to improve business processes using our technologies; installing, configuring, and customizing our software products to meet customer requirements; writing and configuring interface scripts with Transact-SQL (T-SQL); developing and customizing forms in Adobe Acrobat and LiveCycle Designer; training and performing knowledge and skills transfer with customers and end users; and identifying new ways for customers to utilize our technologies to improve efficiencies and expand utilization.

We offer a casual and flexible office environment, though application consultants must be customer-facing professionals, ready and willing to adapt to customer requirements and expectations.  Travel is a necessary part of this job.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business or MIS, or Computer Science with minor in business or MBA 5+ years of varied industry experience, with preferences in HR and HRIS, or Banking and Finance Demonstrable experience in creatively solving business problems Superb communications skills Ability to instill confidence with clients and partners Ability to work in high-pressure environments under deadlines Experience or ability programming in basic Transact-SQL (T-SQL)

Highly Desired SkillsExperience consulting or implementing document management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications Deep experience with T-SQL programming, particularly complex stored procedure development Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) applications and techniques Experience and understanding of XML and related technologies Experience with forms management and designer tools, particularly Adobe Livecycle, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Microsoft InfoPath
