Our client seeks a Database Programmer for client/server and Web applications in an Oracle database environment. The work involves developing, maintaining, upgrading and supporting new and existing clinical data applications in response to departmental needs. This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate.

5+ years of full life cycle software development and 2+ years of experience using VB.Net and ASP.Net is required. Development experience in VB 6 and C/C++ is a plus. 2+ years of Oracle and PL/SQL experience, Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools experience, and familiarity with source control software: Visual Source Safe is required. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to solve complex problems and learn new technologies. There is a strong focus on departmental requirements and satisfaction. The completion of computer science or information systems degree, or equivalent experience is essential.
