Williams lea is looking for an Application Support Specialist. Providing phone support to end users at a law firm. Support, troubleshoot and advise end users in areas related to Office suite software in a legal environment.

Users seeking assistance regarding general and technical questions will contact the Level One Help Desk Representative. As the first point of contact, this representative will be required to verbally assist users with questions and problems with applications.

Qualifications: Applications Supported:
Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office 2000 (includes Access, Excel, Viso), DOCS Open, Compare Rite/Full Authority, Lotus Notes 4.6. LAW FIRM BACKGROUND HIGHLY DESIRABLE. ? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including macros. Advanced knowledge of remote access applications. MOUS certifications preferred.
? Effective communication skills with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users. Must be able to interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
? Ability to make quick and clear decisions in accordance with BBS and client site policy.
? Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
