JOB FUNCTION: Develops or modifies information systems by defining scope and objectives of
programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops programs by analyzing requirements, preparing specifications, designing, coding,
testing, debugging, and documenting.
Resolves problems by researching and documenting issues, diagnosing and recommending
solutions.
Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
Maintains systems protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and training users.
Maintains quality service by following or adhering to organizational standards.
Maintains/improves technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications, learning new applications, and obtaining applicable certifications.
Performs other duties as directed.

Job Requirements:
4-year college related degree. 2+ years of experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Knowledge of developing with Domino/Lotus Notes client and web coding and/or developing preferred
Experience in Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Application Suite (CRM etc.) a plus.
Willingness to test and learn new Notes features such as Workplace, Sametime and r7/DB2
